Scripting techniques
On December 12th, 2023 I made an Instagram/Facebook post with basic tips and tricks on a manifestation technique called ‘scripting’. If you’d like to take a peak at that post before I dive into deeper knowledge on this technique my Instagram handle is onebyfaith. And if you’re here from Instagram/Facebook, hey boo! I hope the knowledge I spread to you inspires you to deepen your practices and techniques. Anywho, here are some more tips and tricks on making your scripting more potent.
Picking Your Notebook/Journal
Though not required, being particular about what vessel you put your manifestations in can make a difference. When picking your journal you can intentionally pick one that has colors, images, words and patterns that call to you and the intentions you want to put into your journal. (ex: orange for the sacral chakra/creativity/manifesting creative projects or blue for the throat chakra/communicating to yourself and your spirit team) Here’s a quick cheat sheet of colors and some simple meanings/intentions to help you out. As always, I invite you to deepen your own research on these colors to invoke the feelings you desire.
Red (root chakra): grounding, creating a safe place or place to plant your roots
Orange (sacral chakra): creativity, creating/producing things like projects, music, art, a child
Green (heart chakra): love, whatever type of love you want to manifest into your life
Blue (throat chakra): communication, a blue journal can be used as a tool to easily better communicate with yourself and/or your spirit team
Indigo (third (first) eye): being able to see through the veil, can be used to help tap into your spiritual gifts
Purple (crown chakra): connecting with the divine/your higher self, when you need help seeing or creating the bigger picture
Picking Your Writing Utensil
When you're picking a writing tool, the material your tool is made of is very important. A pen is fine and you can enchant it for what you want to use it for but there are other options I prefer such as the #2 pencil, especially if you like to erase like I do. Now, I’m not gunna lie, I’ve been using mechanical pencils up until now. I have only recently learned about the #2 pencil trick so I will be going to the store this weekend to enhance my skills. I’ll check back with y’all to see if I notice a difference between mechanical vs full wood. Which I am 100% positive I will be because the use of wood and the things that Mother Nature provides us will always be more powerful than plastic. However, use whatever feels right to your spirit. Just research the material properties of it.
#2 pencil ingredients and uses/meanings - made of cedar wood (great for grounding, balance, clarity) and graphite (great for helping one take charge of their life, improve communication and writing skills) or lead (grounding, transformation, resurrection, connecting with your unconscious self)
*be sure to research what your #2 pencils are made of. Not all brands are made the same*
How To Write Your Script
In my Instagram/Facebook post I wrote how I like to create “journal entries” from a future date and write them as if I am creating them that day. Here’s a few other perspectives you could try. Remember, you are always the director. Write like one, then act like one.
Storytelling: write as if you’re the narrator of your life. Yeah it may be weird to write in the third person but with the use of your crown chakra you may be able to tap into your higher self’s “bird’s eye view” and be an observer into your future. Everything has already happened anyways, it’s just a matter of you getting to that certain reality.
I Am statements: though this is more on the affirmation side of things you can still describe what your life will be like when you achieve certain dreams and goals (ex: I am waking up everyday at 7 AM to do my homesteading chores, I am eating healthy foods that feed my mind, body, and spirit everyday. I am growing an abundance of delicious and nutritious food, herbs, and flowers in my garden)
*bonus tip - there’s different affirmations that go with each chakra
I Am = Root
I feel = Sacral
I Do = Solar Plexus
I Love = Heart
I See = Third (First) Eye
I Understand = Crown
Diversifying your affirmations can enhance your work because you’re putting your desires in all of the chakras instead of one.
Don’ts
DON’T LET PEOPLE SEE YOUR WORK! Keep your journal in a safe place, whether that be a hiding in plain sight technique or burying it somewhere. Do what you must to prevent prying eyes. Your manifestations are sacred, only people that need to see them are you and God. Yes, that includes your partner(s). If you’re manifesting something with them like a future home, create a separate journal that is meant for both of y’all to see. Keep some business to yourself dammit.
Don’t be rude/commanding/demanding: Yes, you need to command things into your life at times but don’t get too comfortable and too cocky with it. The Universe will turn it into a lesson real quick. Tread lightly lol.
Don’t be ungrateful when you get it: You asked for it! Love it, cherish it, enjoy it, and nurture it. That’s how you get blessed with more later.
