Bring your own yoga mat,pillow and blanket. We also have some available at the studio but please bring your own for comfort if you prefer.

This class is located SEMI-OUTDOORS in a renovated and insulated pole barn. We have high powered fans for warmer days and space heaters for the cooler evenings. Please dress according to the weather.

This location has access to one bathroom a short distance away from the pole barn in Laura and Sean's home. They do have two kind Shiba Inu dogs!

Parking is on gravel or on the acres (land) FYI. More information will be sent regarding directions after you book your class.
